The subdued tones along with the solid black hair works well with each other, and the glint of light in Boa's eyes is really effective for the atmosphere of the picture.
What bothers me the most is Boa's torso. It's very flat, box shaped and masculine. It can be fixed if you define her waist more while keeping it in line with the twist of her body (which you may or may not find tricky to pull off) giving her more curve to her upper torso. Another thing is that Boa's character is usually depicted with larger breasts. But if it was your intention to have them that size they look fine anyway the way they are.
Apart from the anatomical problem, the rest of the work was done very well in creating an atmosphere for a couple.
